I need you to be more active and involved during this part, because I need you to put into words what exactly is your business about, you dream clients and what you're looking for.
1. Discovery call
We’ll hop on a quick call to talk through your ideas, goals, and what you’re hoping to build—just to make sure we’re a great fit.
2. Project proposal
You’ll get a custom proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost of the project so everything is crystal clear before we begin.
3. Set things up.
Once the proposal is approved, we’ll send over the contract, invoice for the deposit, and give you access to your project portal in Notion.
4. Questionnaires
Inside your portal, you’ll find a set of questionnaires designed to dig deeper into your brand, audience, and goals—so we can design with intention.

This is where I start the project, I will work on everything while you relax and join me once a week for the updates and green lights.
5. Strategy planning
We’ll map out your brand strategy together, making key decisions about positioning, messaging, and how your brand should show up in the world.
6. Concept design
This is the fun part—where we explore initial creative directions and get your feedback to shape the final look and feel of your brand or website.
7. Brand design / Web design
Now we bring everything to life! We’ll build out your brand identity or website based on the approved direction, down to the last detail.

We meet one last time so I can show you your brand/website and explain to you how it should be implemented. 2-3 days after I will send you the final documents.
8. Brand guidelines & delivery
You’ll receive all final files, brand guidelines, or site handoff instructions—organized and ready to use, with zero guesswork.
